Anocca doses first Swedish patient with its TCR-T therapy
Five patients have so far been treated with Anocca’s in-house developed TCR-T cell therapy candidate for pancreatic cancer, with the latest becoming the first patient in Sweden. The Södertälje-based company is also reporting early signs of biological activity in the Phase I trial.
Anocca entered the clinical stage in June, when the first patients were treated with its TCR-T cell therapy candidate ANOC-001, an advanced therapy medicinal product (ATMP).
A total of five patients have so far received the treatment in the VIDAR-1 trial, including one who has now been treated at Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm, Sweden.
